Pele

The Goddess of Volcano

 had a Fierce and Passionate

 temperament.

It was said that her sister

 Laka

was the only one

who could calm her

and keep her

Fiery Lava from over  flowing.

Rather than speak

Laka, being blessed with Grace

and Beautiful form

would act out her

 and

Pele's life together.

Watching her soothed 

Pele

into a

quiet and peaceful mood.

Again and again

Pele would call

for her sister to come

dance her story.

This is how Hula was Born.
